Districts of Hurghada

Every year more and more foreigners began to purchase real estate in Hurghada. There is a wonderful dry climate, 365 days of sunshine a year, and most importantly, the unusually beautiful and warm Red Sea, the water temperature in which even in winter does not drop below 20 degrees. Real estate prices in Hurghada directly depend on the area in which it is located.

Hurghada is administratively divided into 4 parts, located from north to south along the coast:

1) Dahar (Down Town) - areas: El Hilal, El Kayadat, El Wafa, Gabel El Harim, Arabia, Salam, Hafr El Batten

2) Sakala - districts: Marriott Old Vic, Hadaba, Sheri, Mina, Seaport, Aka.

3) Tourist center - areas: El Mamsha (Promenade), Intercontinental, El Kawther, New Kawther, Magawish.

4) Tourist village - there are practically no residential areas. On the territories of the tourist complexes Jasmine Village, Golden Park Residence, Hilton Worldwide Resort Hurghada Long Beach, and Coral Beach Village Resort there are comfortable luxury villas, mostly foreigners.

Separate districts are considered Mubarak (1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11), named after the former President of Egypt - Hosni Mubarak. As well as districts outside the city limits: Sahl Hasheesh, Al Ahilya, Fairuz, and Lo'loa.

We are currently renting apartments and villas located in the most popular areas of Hurghada. Also, a separate area is the tourist area of ??Sahl Hasheesh.
